Caribbean Lobster

Caribbean Lobster

Strolling through the local aquarium one day, not long ago, a crustacean of magnificent size and color made its way to the front of its exhibition tank to inspect passersby. I could not help but wonder how out of place it must have felt next to its drab, but brawny clawed cousins from this region. And I wondered further still, just how such a spectacular looking creature must also taste with drawn butter.
